Reagrding LCA

Hi,

I am currently with an employer who was willing to sponsor my H1 for FY11 and has filed LCA in minnesota on April 10 2010.But unfortunately he is not able to sponsor my h1 so i have got another job now and my new employer wants to sponsor my h1 and he is in CA .Do you see any issues if LCA is filed twice??or do i need to do any sort of cancellation on earlier LCA and start a new one??

Please let me know your thoughts

No issues. Your new employer will anyhow have to file the H1B & LCA as per the new job location, wages, designation etc.
