Urgent Help for H4 Visa

Hi,

I have got my H1 approved and now need to go for stramping with my wife and kids. Two questions
1. My wife and daughter passowrd will expire in late 2011. Is this okay for the stamping? Do I need to get a new passport first
2. is it easy to renew H4 in US?

>>> Not required. However, sometime the VO might give the visa only till the passport expiry date or the officer at the POE can give them an I-94 only only till the passport expiry date. So if you have time, better get it renewed. Indian passport can be renewed 1 year prior to the expiry date.

2. is it easy to renew H4 in US?
