  • Quitting company within a week of joining since I have offer from my dream company

    Hi,
I was working for company A as full time. I got job offer from company B and h1b was approved so he joined company B last week. Now I have offer from my dream company C and I want to take that offer.
I have few questions in this scenario:
    1) When will USICS know that I started working for Employer B?
    2) Should I mention company B in my resume which I will be sending to us is or just mention I'm still working at company A?
    3) If yes, I don't have any paychecks from them yet so can I just send paychecks from employer A?

    Please provide your suggestions. Thanks

    Hi,
    Please see my response below.
    1) When will USICS know that I started working for Employer B?
Answer: Unless we notify, they will not come to know. On another hand, if your previous Employer withdraws H1B, at that time it can be understandable that you are going to join another Employer who has approval.
    2) Should I mention company B in my resume which I will be sending to us is or just mention I'm still working at company A?
Answer: If you joined Employer B, then you will need to show that Employment wherever require.
    3) If yes, I don't have any paychecks from them yet so can I just send paychecks from employer A?
Answer: When you do H1B transfer, normally you will provide recent most paystubs as of that date. So, If your recent most paystubs are covering only your previous Employer then no issues of providing that.
    Thanks
