The H1B + H4 application have been filed two weeks ago with the premium process. The H1B is approved now. No status change on H4 (case received). We forget to also file the EAD application concurrently with H1 + H4. What should I do now? Can I submit the H4 EAD application now? If so, which process center should I file to? Do I need to file to the same center as H1+H4 or depending on the actual H4 application's address? Thank you so much!!

Nothing issues. You can file H4 EAD petition separately.

Thank you very much!! Now I am preparing the i765. I wonder should I wait for H1B i797 approval notice number (not received yet only see approval online)? Or I can use the receipt number to fill the form? The other question is what should I submit along with i765 in order to fulfill the USCIS requirement for H4 status? Currently, I only have cased received receipt notice but not approval as I l literally just submitted it two 2 weeks ago. So, I have no progress yet. Answer: If you have got H1B Approval notification then jut wait for few more days to receive Approval notice.. With that, you can file I-765 petition.

Answer: Yes. For filling the form, you will just need receipt number.

Answer: You can include H1B Approval notice along with H4 receipt notice.. Please see below H4 EAD documents check list for your attention.

• Completed form G-1145
• Completed form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization
• Copy of current H4-EAD card, if you have
• Copy of H4 receipt notice
• Copy of Marriage Certificate
• Copy of applicant passport ( Front, Back and VISA page )
• Copy of applicant I-94
• I-797A Spouse approved form (H1)-Most recent Approved notice
• I-797 Spouse approved I 140
• Copy of spouse passport
