Historical IRS Tax Filing for H1B

Hello,

I was in USA on L1B between Aug 2014 to May 2016, 3 Fiscial years i.e 2014, 2015, 2016. Tax returns of 2014 & 2015 was completed, as I moved out of USA in May 2016 I forgot to file 2016 returns.
Now my H1B paper work is approved, planning to go for Stamping H1B.
Is that going to be issue for H1B stamping?
Is it required to file 2016 tax returns immediately before H1B stamping? or Can I do it after landing into USA. Kindly advise

Answer: I dont really think so, it will create a problem for H1B stamping..

Answer: Always you will have to follow the IRS procedure.. Its better to take care as soon as you land into the USA. But before you take action on this, Kindly have a discussion with CPA then move forward.
