I have a simple question will it be possible to work for indian companies remotely if am holding h4 visa. i know very well tht i cant work in h4 visa for american companies.kindly clarify me on this .

---- On H4 you cannot work for any company remotely or otherwise. It need not be an americcan company that you will work for

---- The important aspect is the where are you residing. If you are residing in the US at the time of working then it is illegal to work for any company worldwide

---- You can apply for H1 petition through an employer in the US if you are qualified and are able to find an employer in the US to sponsor your H1
