H1B Visa Transfer Inquiry

Hi ,

I have a query regarding H1-B transfer , it would be great if you can address it for me.

I transfered my H1-B from a compnay 'A' to company 'B' one month back through premium processing , i've got the receipt number and approval for my H1-B.
After working for 1 month with the new employer, i got an excellent opportunity with Company 'C' , i again want to shift to company 'C'.

i havent received visa documents from Company 'B' yet , so with only the WAC number and the approval statement , is it possible for me to transfer my visa again to company 'C'? , or do i need to wait for H1-B documents from Company 'B'?

You can transfer right away.

There is really nothinig like physical transfer like property papers.

H1 "transfer" is essentially a new petition, but is not subject to the cap.
