Parallel H-1 extension with present employer and a transfer with new employer.
My wife currently working in a construction company as Assistant Project Manager who is in her 3rd of h-1 and her extension work started which is due in September. She decide to move to IT. She found an employer who is willing to train her, find a job and sponsor her visa (also she joined college to get diploma in Software). Is it safe if the present employer files for extension and the new employer files for transfer in IT filed at the same time?
