H1B sponsor

Hello All,

A consulting company is willing to sponsor H1B. Looks like a small consultancy and claims 200 employees working with them. Can someone provide me guidance as to what all checks are advisable before proceeding. Any public info where we can find out how many H1B they filed each year.. rejection rate.. any known issues on the company. Any tips would be very helpful.
