H1B Extension/Transfer applied by two consultancy's

Hi,

In 2007, a Consultancy-A from USA filed my H1b and got my H1B stamping done in 2007 which is valid till September-2010.

In April-2010, I came to USA through Consultancy-A and got in to a job in August-2010.

In September-2010, before my H1B expired, Consultancy-B and Consultancy-C applied for my H1B transfer and extension.

Questions:

1) These multiple filings for my h1b transfer/extension will effect the decision on my h1b?
2) what are my chances of getting a positive decision?
