Right now I'm on H1b visa and working from home but employer mentioned client location in the LCA. My current location not in the same MSA location as I'm working from home. As I did not aware about the Outside MSA location so I did not filed the amendment yet.
Now, I got the new job offer and planning to start process of the H1b COE process. Is there any issue I will face while transferring the H1b or possibility to get RFE as I did not filed the amendment on time ?
Please guide me with this as soon as possible
