Regarding H4 Extension

Hi Everyone,
I am in a situation if someone can clarify my query?

I was in Company A on H1B Visa and my H1, dependents' H4 was valid till October 2023.

I got an offer from Company B and got my H1 transfer approved till Feb 2025. And with this company my dependent's h4 also approved till Feb 2025. But i didn't join the Company B as i got an other good offer from Company C.



And

Company C transferred my H1 and i joined the Company C. They didn't file for H4 as they said your H4 is already in valid status.


I am aware that Employers can not revoke the H4 (I have my dependent's I797A from Company A and B and both are in valid status). are my dependents in valid status ? Can i use company A or B's H4 I797A for dependent's?

I think so. H4 are in status as long as they have valid I-94 and the H1b is in status; H4 I-94 is not tied to H1b's employer.

So H1b status from current employer and H4's i94 from their I797A (H4 petition that was filed along with previous employer's H1b) will work and H4s will be in status till the I-94 validity date.

where to see the H4's I-94? is it in their i797A in bottom? right!
Sorry it might be repeatable question, is the H4 i94 will be still valid if previous employer revokes the H4?

No. That doesn't make sense. The employer has nothing to do with the H4 status. The only thing the employer filed is the H1b petition for the H1b worker. The H4 dependent's H4 status is obtained by the H4 dependent only, and only relies on the H1b worker having H1b status.
