  • H1 Extension, Previous i-797s to be submitted

I am filing for an extension of h1-b in my full time job (say company X) which i started in 2006 (since then have got it extended once before). While filing for extension i understand that i have to file all previous i-797s from the company X. i have a small part-time work as well with company Y and a concurrent h1-b with company Y. do i have to submit the i-797s of my concurrent h1 as well or just all previous i-797s from company X are okay. I have not worked for any other company other than X in a full time since i transferred to h1-b in 2006

any help would be greatly appreciated

Copies of X's approval alone is sufficient. Company X should have copies for their records anyway and you need not submit anything.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.

If you have copies of all the previous approavl notices, then it is better to provide them.
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.

          what are the rules

So u suggest both X's and Y's previous approval notices ?
is there some way to find what the rules are in relation to concurrent filings
