For a Canadian citizen receiving an H1B Visa with US employer, how long can the H1B be held?
I understand it would be 3 years and then can extend for an additional 3 years. After that I am not clear, some information says you can apply again after leaving US for 1 year period. Is this true? What if you never really "entered" the US? Essentially if you're living in Canada during your entire H1B can you just extend indefinitely? Thank you!!
