    H1 transfer and b2 visa

    Hi,

    I transferred my h1 visa to another employer. I have only the receipt notice and have not received the approval notice. I have two paystubs with current employer.
    My wife is pregnant and i need to sponsor visa for my parents. Can I sponsor visitor visa with the receipt notice. Please provide your advise.
