H1B Transferred to Y.. but sticking to current company

Hi All,

I am working with company X with H1B with my wife holding H4. I have got my visa transferred to company Y and my wife's H4 is also transferred.

Now I want to continue with my current company X, I understand from other posts on this forum that I can do that but my question is ..

Will that have any issues on my wife's H4 visa?

No issues. H4 has nothing to do with your employer and there is no such thing as H4 transfer. Your new employer should have filed the extension for your wife along with your H1B transfer so both of your will have the same I-94 expiry date. H4 is valid as long as the h4 I-94 is valid and the primary H1B holder (You) are maintaining the valid H1B status.
