Concurrent H1B but filed as “Change of Employer” petition on I-129

I am working full time with 2 employers on H1B. Through FOIA request I recently found out that my 2nd employer has filed the I-129 petition as “Change of Employer” instead of “New concurrent employment” mobdro kodi. I am getting paid according to LCA on both petitions and both list my home address.

Any attorneys/paralegals here who can opine if this will be an issue? Couldn’t find any specific USCIS regulation in this regard.

I have applied H1B in 2022 and it got approved in October 2022. but still interview and documentation not yet started.
I have another employee willing to send in lottery in 2023.
is this possible?
any circumstances ?
