H1B to GC

It is now 6 months that I am working for company A under H1B and I have some questions:

1)can I apply 4GC with Company B while working with Company A?

---- Yes, you can apply for GC from company B provided they agree to that fact

2)my employer is not requesting me the job as described in my petition before what can I do?

---- You have to speak to your employer about these matters. Others can only suggest ways and means including the forum members

3) how hard is it to change employer? should it be same job title?[

---- It is not difficult to change emplopyers. Although the designation may not be the same at least the duties and responsibilities for the position should be similar to that of the present job
