DS 160 Nationality for Singapore PR -- Help urgent

I am a singapore PR (Permanent Resident), I am appearing for H1 from US embassy singapore. I had filled DS 160, do i have to mention my singapore PR in Nationality section.

Does any one know if we need to mention my Sinapore status here.

---- If you are a citizen of Singapore only then you mention that you are a Singapore national otherwise you are still a citizen of your native country from where you immigrated to Singapore
