H1B renewal in Mexico

I am an Indian Citizen.
My 1st H1B stamping was done in Melbourne,Australia.
I am planning to go mexico(Matamoros or Tijuana) for my H1B renewal stamping.
I am with the same employer since starting and I am in my 4th-5th year.
Please advice if i can go ahead or should i be attending in my home country??
