Questions on transcript of W2 form...

Hi,
I have got an RFE from USCIS, They are asking all W2 forms, starting from 2006 to 2009 and I lost my first year (2006) W2 form. I have called IRS and got a transcript of my W2 form (Wage and Income transcript).

Will USCIS accept this transcript as a W2 form? Since I filed all my tax return electronically, I am not sure whether IRS will have my W2 form?

Send the copy of return transcript. You may also try asking your employer, they may be able to provide you a copy.
