No issues as long as you carry all the required documents. Carrying a client & Vendor letters will help a lot.

    H1B & H4 re-stamping

    Hello,

I'm on H1B visa and it got expired on last Sep 2009, but my stay extension was approved for another 3 years and I have new I797 petition paper. My wife is on H4 visa, her visa status is also same (Visa expired and have approved new I797 paper).

Now we had planned to go Chennai, India for stamping (in Dec 2010 or early Jan 2011). I work for a company through a vendor, it is a good long term contract and it will continue till my extension period expire.

So I'm wondering what are the documents I should carry?

Please let me know your views, it would be most helpful.
