Lokking for a trusted/experienced/recommended H1B lawyer in NY

I need your advice as my employer will finalize the job offer in two days from now, I have seen lots of immigration lawyers in http://www.ailalawyer.com, NY, but I am confused which one is trusted, looking into personal needs, has already the experienced specifically in the H1B visa.
