Hello! I am a recent master graduate taking an entry level manager position at a medical institution. This position is not per se related to my graduate degree, but I am doing well at it. I was wondering if
1. it would be possible to be sponsored for H1B for such a position since it is outside my field of study?
2. And if so, when should I start the process?
This is a well known medical institution that brings doctors and fellows from all over the world.
3. Is the H1B cap waived for such institutions? The medical institute is affiliated with the university.
