221g - Simultaneous H-1B Petitions

I received 221g blue form for Employer A and waiting for response from US consulate. Employer B filed a new H1B peition for me. If I get the petition approval from Employer B,

Will my Employer A petition get cancelled immidiately?

OR

I can still enter into US on Employer A H1B once I receive positive reponse from consulate?

What would happen with Employer B petiotion if I enter in US on Employer A H1B?
