My H1B visa extension was filed on March 28th 2023 and I left US due the personal emergency on the day. Came back to US in the month of April. On june 21st received RFE on this out of country status and my I94 expires on July 28(Next month-In 30 days).Can someone suggest me whether the extension can be re-filed after withdrawing the current petition. If not what are other steps. Please advice
