H1B Premium Processing and RFE

Hello,

My H1B extension has been applied on Sept20th and we converted to premium on Nov22nd and got an RFE and responded to it in 5 days time. Once we respond to RFE would it still be considered as premium processing or goes in regular mode?

Hi OP,

As per my knowledge , Once the RFE is received by USCIS - 15 days counting starts again from 0.
I may be wrong......
