Presently I am on OPT status.
H1 application filed in September and RFE received on December 6.
Meanwhile I want to do a second Masters degree and get to F1 again. The program starts in January, 2011.
I am making arrangements to transfer the I20 from the present university to the second university.
Situation 1: If H1 is approved how will it affect the F1 visa status. Should I have to go to India for new F1 stamping even though I have F1 visa until 2012 issued in 2007.
Situation 2: Pending H1 approval what will be impact on the transfer of I20 to the new university.
Situation 3: If H1 is approved after transferring the I20, what will be effect on I20.
Situation 4: How should RFE situation be handled under Situation 1.
