Stamping in mexico

Hi,

I have valid visa until feb 2011. I am planning to attend visa in mexico in 1 week of Jan 2011. If by any chance visa gets rejected in Jan, can I still enter USA, as I have a valid visa? Please suggest me on this.

That depends on whether the existing visa is cancelled when you go for stamping. If the existing visa is cancelled, the you cannot enter.
