H1B visa hold u/s 221g at Delhi Consulate

Hi,

I have appeared with family for H1B and H4B stamping at New Delhi Consulate. VO has given be 221(g) asking some information from employer + my detailed CV with contact details + educational and experiences certificates and original passports for all.

I have submitted all these documents on monday.

My queries are as follows:-

1. How much time US Embassy will take to announce their decision?
2. What is the probability for getting acceptance?

I am from finance side.

Please help me urgently.
