Questions for attorneys or anyone who’s done this before. If one were to get selected in the upcoming H1B lottery and has to switch to a subsidiary (another country) mid way through the application process, does that impact the H1B application in any way? My visa expires mid May, if I were to get selected in the lottery but then have to move countries while my application is under process would that impact the application? Is this even possible?
