H4 about to expire & need to travel overseas

Hi,

My H4 will expire in June, 2010 when I turn 21.
If I were to travel overseas in January and return in early April, will there be any problem at the POE?

I also need to get my H4 visa stamped first once I leave the states.

(I am an AOS applicant, and I intend to remain in the states as AOS once my visa expires.)

Your H4 already expired based on your post and you will not be able to enter on H4. If you have pending AOS, use AP to travel and not abandon your AOS case.
