I am currently in India employed with Company "X".
I am planning to apply for an H1B petition through Company "Y". Now I know that I can get an H1B petition while being employed with Company "X". But I am not sure that can I still be employed with Company "X" while going for a Visa Stamping ?
As there are chances of Visa getting denied at the time of Visa stamping, I do not want to resign Company "X" unless I am sure that I have a valid Stamped Visa to go to US.
So is it possible that I can go for Visa Stamping for Company "Y" while being still employed with Company "X"?
