H1B stamping in mexico

Hi Friends,

I have stamping (from Mexico) till Sep'2010 from Company A.
I changed my company to B, With New company I got my I-797.
Do you think is it good/bad to go to Mexico for stamping.
Please suggest.

That depends on the clean records of employer B, your immigration records (out of status / illegal stay) and the documents that you carry.

If all the above mentioned are good, then the chances of a successful stamping is high. But still, there can be delays due to administrative processing or PIMS verification.
