Rant post - stress and anxiety of H1b

So its the third year i am going through this anxiety and stress, so many heartbreaks in this journey now it will be the 5th lottery this time where i’m registered and my status still shows ‘submitted’, someone posted their notice date is ‘8/2’ and there goes my blood pressure again thinking there is still chance today.. people posting they got selected (ofc i’m happy for them) but now i’m so frustrated on my own luck… Don’t know how i will go through the weekend.. such a disappointment every year https://xender.vip/

I know how you feel. It happened to me after I started a new job. I know that you'll say that I should quit, and I've tried. But there are no opportunities on the horizon right now. So, I need to find a way to deal with stress.
