H1B holder - One day Trip to India and back to US?

Hi, I am a H1B holder and been in the US for 6 months, planning to make a one day trip to India over the long weekend (depart on friday and return on monday) for personal reasons. This trip is really important, but i am unsure of the issues (if any) I might face during immigration when getting back into the US as a result of this really really short trip. Thanks in advance for your help.
