H1B Renewal... Previous visits question

Hi,

I have been working in US since 2006. While filling my DS 160 form, there is a question about previous last 5 US visits. I am on H1B visa and am going for my renewal. What should I fill in regard to this question?

I am not sure what your questions is. You will need to enter the details of your previous visit to U.S. If it is more than 5 times, then enter the last 5 visits.

Well I am here since 2004 in US... First Study and then Work. Of course I have traveled to India in between for vacation ( mostly less than month)

So these 5 visits are every time I come back from vacation?
