Hello,
My H1B status is expiring in Feb 2026. I dont have a visa stamping yet. My spouse who is also in the US got her H4 recently and does not have a stamping. Can she travel to India in Oct 2025 to get the stamping done? Would there be any problem since its close the the visa expiring date? I will have my I-140 approval done in next month but renewing my H1B (and her H4) might take even longer than Oct and she will miss the travel, so I prefer to let her travel on the current H4. Can anyone advice what is the best option here? Thanks!
