H-4 on hold from 45 days

1) My wife got 221g on H-4 visa ,she submitt all documents month before that time visa officer told her she will get email for visa approve or not but yet she do not got email.

Please any one suggest me how long I have to wait....

2) If I am planing to go India for H1 B stemping its ok or not because my company is to small we only 2 people doing buisinees cunsultanting.

Please let me know what I have to do.

2 people in a company and u wanna go for stamping - no need to ask - common sense is - high percentage of chances of 221g or pink slip

Just stay back and dont make matters worse for urself
