My wife (H4) planning to visit India for 3 weeks in July 2025. Her visa (stamped in her passport) is valid until March 2026 and her passport is valid until 2034. Given the extra scrutiny and news regarding entry rejections, I want to make sure that she has all the required documents. I asked my company immigration lawyers, but they haven't responded. Can someone please help with what documents she should have with her while re-entering US? I (on H1B) will not be traveling with her. My Visa is also valid until March 2026.
