H1 stamping in India

Hi, i am working at client place, i was placed through a vendor. i saw in the list of documents, we need to carry an agreement between employer and client. but my employer has only agreement between him and vendor. will this cause problem. is this document mandatory. if so please advice. i have client letter and the letter states that my employer has complete control on me.

there are tons of people like u - who are stuck in admin processing 221g

google it and read it - i was given pink slip too

i care for my fellow indians and want to make them understand that vacation will turn into a nightmare

more than that i cannot advice....its left to u to make the decision

but ur case is similar to one of my friends whose stuck in admin processing
