Hi,
I have my H1-visa stamped until Dec 2005. Meanwhile I changed my employer in June 04 (didnt get the visa stamped...only got the approval).
My 6th year ends in Dec 05 as well.
Now I need to go for a vacation (family occassion) for a month to India in May 05.
My question,
1) do I need to have stamping done in India when I visit in May?
2) If not, when I return to US, should I provide my old employer papers only, when I arrive at the port of entry in the US?

I need to add here that my 485 is due for approval.

Can someone please clarify on this issue.
