H1B Visa interview

Hi,
my H1B papers are approved in 2008 and they are valid till 20-sep-2011. due to recession i didn't go for visa stamping. Now i am planing to go on 2nd week of February.
My question is even though my papers are approved on in 2008, I am attending visa i/ve in 2011, due to this reason what type of questions are expected and what is the proper answer. How can we convince the consular.

My H1B is also 2008 petitation and went for stamping on dec 2010, VO did not asked any questions like why u came for stamping now like that. But i got 221g yellow form and submitted the docs. Waiting for their mail.
