I have a renewed H1B till June 2028, but I have not stamped the renewed H1B visa on my passport and I have not scheduled an appointment to stamp my renewed visa on my local home country .
Can I travel to Mexico City under AVR with my new i797-a and attached I-94 with my previous expired H1B visa stamp ? My immigration attorney told me CBP is not always honoring AVR so it is best not to try to use it now 10.0.0.0.1 192.168.1.254 .
