H1-B extension approved

I had applied for H1-B extension and got receipt number.When i checked the online status, case status shows 'decision'

" This I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice. You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision".

Can u help me,what does this mean?.It says approved and at the same time it says 'You can use our current processing time to gauge when you can expect to receive a final decision'?!

My question is ,Is this not the final decision?

It means the petition is approved. It will take a week or two to receive the hardcopy of the approval.
