Hello,
Actually I work for Company A and got an offer from Company B and accepted it and they have applied for my H1 transfer and it is in process. Now I got another offer from Company C, here this company is bigger then Company B, so I had planned to accept the Company C's offer, in this case is there any problem exist directly or indirectly in terms of my visa? i.e., Company B is already working on my H1B transfer, so the same time can I apply to Company C as well?
If I reject the Company B's offer in this situation, will will create any issue for me? can they fine me for anything? any possibilites? Please suggest me.
