Domestic travel with pending i485 to Texas, valid i94

If you’re traveling within the U.S. to Texas, a valid I-94 and pending I-485 generally allow domestic travel, even if your visa stamp has expired. Carry your passport, valid I-94, I-485 receipt notice, EAD/AP (if applicable), and proof of your current status.
Given recent reports of increased immigration scrutiny, it’s prudent to carry your immigration documents and avoid international travel unless you have confirmed you have valid Advance Parole.
