    H-1B visa doubts ...

    hai

    I got my papers and iam attending for H-1B visa interview.
    problem is, previously i was rejected for an F1 (student) visa.So, will that reflect on my present H-1B visa,,will there be any chance of rejection??

    Paperwork for H1

    If your paperwork is OK and you are working in a recognized company, there should not be any reason for H1 rejection.

      I don't think there will be a problem for your H-1B stamping as long as you have all the required papers.
