My Visa got expired in Sep 2010, I want to go to India some time in June this year.As per my knowledge if I go to India I need to go for stamping which is really scary.
Is it possible to get visa renewal visiting of Canada?Say I get Canada visitors visa (Not sure eligibility) and visit for 2 days and come back.As per my knowledge ,While I am reentering , I will get stamping up to my new I797 (valid till 2013 May) valid period.This way I can avoid to go to stamping in India .
Are my understandings correct?
