Question about form I-129 Individual Tax Number

    Question about form I-129 Individual Tax Number

    The company that is sponsoring me wants to know what they have to enter on page 1 of form I-129 under "Individual Tax Number" and "Social Security Number." Are these two items applicable if a company/organization is sponsoring you or only if it's an individual? If it's a company, are these two fields simply left blank or one has to put N/A (not applicable)?

    Petitioner or 'you/your' in this form is generally the employer. So I think it should be the company's Tax ID.
